Teeshining accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the following requirements:
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. Products that have been washed, altered, or show signs of wear will not qualify for a return or exchange.
- Return & Exchange Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you need to return or exchange a product, follow these steps:

- If the item is defective, please include clear photos showing the issue.
- Receive Return Instructions:
- Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
- Send the Product Back:
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
- We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure safe delivery. Teeshining is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Processing the Return or Exchange:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges for the return are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
4. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you must return it following the process above.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

- No Restocking Fee: Teeshining does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
